  3. Change your clothes and sheets regularly, especially if you are bedridden.

  8. Avoid smoking as it can cause your skin to age prematurely, and contribute to health conditions like heart disease, lung cancer, and stroke.
  9. Invest in a room humidifier during the winter season.
  10. Regularly visit a dermatologist.
